About Zenith Designer Studio

ZDS- Zenith Designer Studio was founded in January 2020 by Ar. Viral Modi. ZDS is successfully working and had completed various projects in the field of Landscape Architecture, Architecture and Planning projects.

“AESTHECTICS & UTILITY followed by PUNCTUALITY” is the firm’s agenda for work in gover any project. We strongly believe that design should be such that it primarily satisfies client and it should be flexible enough to adapt architect’s design languages.

It should match with both- client’s pocket and expectations, and for that we work in line from developing design concepts to visuals, from executing it with consideration to all technical service’s aspects.

We have been excelling into different scale of projects such as Townships, Farm Houses, High-rise, Residential & Commercial, Plotting Scheme, Party Plots, Hotels, Resort, Industrial, Terrace Gardens and Community Spaces.

We are always ready to except any challenges of design deliveries to time bound execution as well management of agencies for their better performance. Co-ordination with other consultants of project like 3D renderer, structure, MEPF and Liaoning and commissioning engineers is the key feature of our team. Clients have faith on us that we will serve our best to their each project and each project justify to be the best representations of their own reality. Our strength lies in work experience, skills, design & development management and technical expertise to competently transform concept into reality.

Viral Modi

Founder (Principal Architect)

The firm is led by Principle Architect Viral Modi. After completion of his bachelors of Architecture in 2006 from Indubhai Parekh School of Architecture, Rajkot, He Has gathered his professional experience working under renowned firm in Pune and Ahmedabad. Since 2007 he has been into practice for more than a decade into collaboration with Green Gold Garden and Agro Consultancy as Lead Member to work in the field of Landscape and all kind of Landscape Project category. He has been in association with many renowned firms in major cities of Gujarat such as Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Dwarka, Surat, Mehsana, Palanpur, Himmatnagar, Baroda, Gandhidham.

After completing establishment in Market and ability to expand for growth and to deal with various project, he has expanded and established ZDS- Zenith Designer Studio. Making a bigger team of Young and innovative architects.

Viral Modi is having life time membership of COA, AMC, AUDA, etc. His major role in the team is to lead projects from Design Concepts & Managing Projects until it has been executed, which will be followed by regular meetings, site visits and various material selections processes.
